WORKING PRINCIPLE:

Under the high-pressure condition, through the pressure loss of adjustable current-limited homogenizing valve, which will lead to the combined effects of explosion, shearing and high-speed impact, our homoginizer will shatter the particles in suspension into very small size, reaching diameter φ0.1 ~ 2μm, the average φ ≤ 1μm, so that it will get a good emulsion solution or dispertion liquid.

During the process, it integrates these functions: injection, ultrasonic homoginizing, colloid mill and ball mill. After the process, the product keep its original activity, stability and easy absorption.
